At RushCustoms, we want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the product:
    • Small parts & accessories: 2–5 business days
    • Clothing & larger parts: up to 7–10 business days

Delivery Guarantee

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you


Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Final sale items (if applicable)
  • Items returned without original packaging
