Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping times vary depending on the product:
- Small parts & accessories: 2–5 business days
- Clothing & larger parts: up to 7–10 business days
Delivery Guarantee
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or worn items
- Final sale items (if applicable)
- Items returned without original packaging
